which enables users to access contents on open Internet network through receiver units (smart phones, computers, tablets, smart TV, AndroidTV apps), wherever they may be.
SVOD Master takes all necessary measures to protect personal data to prevent loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.
SVOD Master will use personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia. It will not disclose personal data to any third party, except in cases where it is permitted or legally prescribed, to exercise its rights or to protect its interests or to comply with court orders or other legal or regulatory needs.

The user of the service guarantees the accuracy of the entered data. SVOD Master does not bear any responsibility if the entered data are incorrect.
The Privacy Statement for the GLEY is applicable from 21-06-01. The Privacy Statement refers to the collection and processing of your personal data and the use of cookies within the GLEY application. By registering for the use of GLEY, you agree with the method of collecting and processing the data described in this Statement, as well as with keeping and accessing cookies on your device. This Statement describes which information we collect, how we process it, and purposes we use them for, as well as your rights in relation to your data.

The collected data are processed in order to provide better quality services, better customer support, easier submission by eliminating the need for frequent enter of the same data, targeted offerings and promotion of program content as well as advertising.
SVOD Master does not in any way provide information about the users of GLEY to third parties. With the obligation to retain confidentiality, SVOD Master may allow reliable partners with a contractual obligation to keep the confidentiality the access to the necessary personal data in order to ensure the functionality of the platform for providing the service and customer support.
Any such third party is prohibited from further processing of your personal data.

The GLEY application uses so-called cookies – a set of data generated by a server and which the web browser stores on the user’s disk in the form of a small text file. Files are created when a web browser downloads the visited network destination on the user’s device, which then sends the data to the web browser and creates a text file (cookie).
Cookies are used for a better user experience with the full functionality of the application being used, and they may be temporary (stored only during site visits) or permanent (remain on the user’s computer after the visit).

SVOD Master uses third-party cookies for:
– Obtaining statistical data on visits and use of our application. The data collected include the user’s IP address, the web browser and the operating system information as well as other standard data collected and analyzed exclusively in an anonymous and mass form. – Certain GLEY applications (iOS, Android Mobile and AndroidTV) use Google Firebase to improve the user experience, more at: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

On behalf of SVOD Master, we pledge to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic customer/user data and information necessary for doing business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the choice, including the ability to decide whether they want or do not want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data are strictly stored and available only to employees who need it for doing business. All employees of SVOD Master (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The data you enter when paying from your payment card is not stored or transferred through our servers. Transactions are processed through the technical solution of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje, in cooperation with International Card System AD CaSys, which is certified by VISA and MasterCard for processing transactions that will allow payment services with real-time payment cards through the website. At the moment you make the payment and enter the data, they are processed through the security protocol of the bank and the data from your payment card are not visible to us, the only information about your transaction that is visible to us is your name and surname from the payment card, the latest 4 card numbers and the amount on which the transaction was made, while all others are encrypted.
