How can I subscribe?
Any person older than 18 years can be a subscriber. All you need is to open a user account at www.gley.mk. Payment is made via: MasterCard® and Visa credit or debit cards.

Is online payment safe?
Yes, online payment is secure.

The entered data for payment cards are transferred in a protected form through special systems and protocols, through the KaSis AD Skopje processor. Since the process is carried out through the banks' websites, the information is not available to our system at any time.


How can I watch for free and is there a charge?
A free trial period can be obtained by the user only through a Gley promo voucher, promotional sale, or other form of current promotions. For full access, the user needs to subscribe to one of the offered packages (choice of packages).

Can I change the package from a larger one to a smaller one?
Yes. Changing a package from a larger to a smaller one is possible. You can make the choice whenever you want. The new package starts after the expiry of the existing subscription.

How can I activate a Gley voucher?
Depending on whether you are a new or existing user, you can use the Gley voucher in two ways:

1. If you are a new user: REGISTER on our website www.gley.tv and when LOGGING in, select GLEY VOUCHER as payment method.

2. If you are an existing user: In your user profile under User Settings select View Package and enter the Gley voucher code in the GLEY VOUCHER field. This applies to Gley sales vouchers not promotional vouchers.


Payment was declined. What can I do?
In case of declined payment, please check the correctness of the entered payment card data and try again. If this problem persists, contact your card issuer for possible restrictions.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Through the website access the section "USER SETTINGS" - "OVERVIEW OF PACKAGES". After canceling the subscription, you have access to the contents until the end of the already activated time period.

I'm a Gley user and I would like the subscription payment method to be through the account of a telecommunications operator.
You must cancel your subscription before it expires. Contact your telecom operator to provide Gley activation code. On our website, select a new payment method by entering the code in the section: Package activation > Telecommunication operator.

I am a Gley user through a telecom operator and I would like the method of payment for the subscription to be via card, and not a telecom bill.

How can I register a new Gley subscriber account via telecom operator?
To register a new subscriber account through a telecommunications operator, you need to visit the operator's website and get information in the section: About Makedonski Telekom https://www.telekom.mk/gley.nspx, about A1 Macedonia https://www.a1.mk/gley.
Can I watch content on multiple devices at the same time?
The number of devices for simultaneous viewing depends on the subscription package you have selected. For information on subscription packages click HERE.

How can I install the app on a mobile phone or smart tv?
To install the app, open the app store on your device and download the GLEY app for free. To use the application, you need to have a user account on the platform.

How can I access GLEY?
GLEY can be accessed via:

- Computer or laptop through Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and Mozilla Firefox internet browsers.

- LG Smart TV: on all devices with webOS version 3.0 and later.

- Samsung Smart TV - Tizen: on all devices manufactured in 2017. and newer ones.

- Android TV: on all devices with operating system version 7.0 and later.

- Mobile devices: Android (6.0 and up) and iOS (10.0 and up).

In which language is the GLEY platform available?
The user interface is available in Macedonian, Albanian and English, and the contents are translated into Macedonian and Albanian. The language can be changed at any time in the "USER SETTINGS" section.

Can I stop viewing the content and continue from the start?
Yes, at any time you can watch the content from the moment you pause or choose to watch from the beginning.

Does the platform offer parental controls?
All content is marked by age category. In the "USER SETTINGS" section, you can restrict access to content that is not suitable for a certain age through the parental protection function. Parental protection of the user profile can be activated by entering a PIN code in the "USER SETTINGS" section.

Can I use the GLEY service abroad?
Yes, you can use the GLEY service abroad, but with limited access to content.

In what quality is the content available?
All contents are available in high-quality FULL HD resolution (1080p). Quality depends on the type of device you are accessing from and the speed of your internet connection.

I'm having trouble loading the content. What should I do?
This kind of problem usually happens due to weak broadband internet connection, internet speed, technical performance of the device you are using or your location. We recommend that you check these settings, and if the problem persists, contact our customer support center.

What internet connection is required to be able to watch GLEY?
Access to GLEY requires a broadband Internet connection, with a speed of at least 3 Mbps.

I can't start the GLEY app. What should I do?
If you cannot start the application, check the following parameters: whether the GLEY application on your device is updated with the latest available version, whether the internet connection you are accessing from meets the minimum requirements for the operation of the application or check whether your device is on the list of supported devices.
I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, on the login form select the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link, follow the instructions and you will receive a new temporary automatically generated password on your e-mail, which you can change at the next login in the "USER SETTINGS" section.

How can I change my PIN code?
You can get your parental control pin again at any time by going to your profile settings and selecting "PARENTAL CONTROLS". Then, select the option "FORGOTTEN PIN" and the new pin will be sent to the e-mail with which you registered with our service. You can change your pin at any time.

How can I change my email?
You can change your e-mail address at any time by accessing the website www.gley.tv from your computer or laptop, log in with the e-mail address you registered with and the chosen password. In the "USER SETTINGS" section, click on "EDIT PROFILE" and enter the new address in the "E-MAIL" field. After making the change, confirm on "UPDATE PROFILE".
